Returned Merchandise results in expense and inconvenience for all. If the need arises to
return merchandise, we ask that you that you abide to a simple and straight forward policy
– speak to us before taking any action.
If the error is yours, you will receive a 100% credit toward an alternative purchase or 90%
refund, either less shipping charges. All returned merchandise must be returned within
ten (10) days and be in resalable condition.
If gdfw has made a mistake with your order we will absorb all costs to correct the error
to your full satisfaction. We ask that you notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of
receipt of your order and specify the order number and nature of the error.
